The KrigKrafts Story: Where Purpose Meets Passion

Once upon a time in Bicol, Albay we came across a community that made handcrafted red clay pottery. The shapes were delicate and graceful, the colors bright and vivid.

WOW ang ganda! (WOW that's beautiful!)

was my internal kneejerk reaction when I first saw the handpainted terracotta vases. This is the same feeling I wish to elicit from clients who get a chance to experience our products.

It has been a long dream of ours to put up our own business, even before getting married spending late nights doing feasibility studies - Rose & I felt that although a good stepping stone, we can't stay as employees forever - entrepreneurship was waving hi.

Since then, what started as an experiment in reselling native craft, has been rebuilt several times over. Now we design and fabricate our own designs with the specific intention of partnering with communities that need a support for livelihood, in turn they help us accomplish projects that we could never have done on our own.

Our Heartbeat: Mission, Purpose, and SDGs

Helping Communities: Crafting a Better Future

KrigKrafts is more than a business; it’s a lifeline for many. Every order directly supports:

  • Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL):

    • BJMP Santa Rosa Laguna (Female Dorm): Residents are involved in sanding and assembling wooden maps and coloring coconut shells.

    • BJMP Dasmariñas (Female Dorm): KrigKrafts provides specialized livelihood training to help build a safer and more productive future for residents.

  • Indigent Communities:

    • Samahang Baybaying Ilog (SBI) - Santa Rosa, Laguna: Young mothers are empowered to work from the comfort of their homes, specifically focusing on adding intricate ribbon designs to Abaniko fans.
